Lerums premium brand jam receives international taste and quality award
Lerums Utvalde, Lerums premium jam brand, was recently awarded two golden stars in the Superior Taste Award, also called the Michelin Guide of Food.
Director of R&D in Lerum, Merete Lunde, is very satisfied with the recognition:
- We are very happy to be receiving this award! Knowing that our customers love our jam, it is an extra proof to us to have some of the best experts of taste confirm that Lerum’s jam is of the highest quality and remarkable taste.
The organisation International Taste & Quality Institute (iTQi) in Brussels is behind the award that is extended based upon the blind judgment of Chefs and Sommeliers who are opinion leaders and experts in taste.
From the Lerums Utvalde premium jam selection, it was the raspberry, cherry and strawberry products that received two golden stars in the award, given only to remarkable products with marks between 80% and 90%.
